At craigslist, we talk about the culture of trust we have, and about earning it again every day. Talk is cheap; customer service reflects how genuine a company is about that.
Well, just for my own curiousity, I checked my own personal parameter of customer service, and I can see I've sent out around 45,000 messages this year, give or take a little.
We will be hiring a customer service manager soon, but even so, we're committed, and I'm personally committed to always doing substantial amounts of customer service.
