Well, the Cox guys help us deal with 'net abuse in a way I really appreciate, and have nothing negative to do with this situation.
Until around two weeks ago, the Authentium guys were really communicating and helping out. Then a more senior guy intervened, and shut down communications. The refusal to communicate mirrors the shutdown in February, for which the Authentium guys have apologized a few times.
I don't know what the deal is.
