The shift toward new media and networked democracy

From one perspective, just a bunch of bloggers.

From another a big step in new ways to cover politics. Bloggers speak truth to power in ways the conventional media often fear. Fact checking could be better, but that's true of much traditional media also.

This convention is also a big step in the transition from big money politics to networked grassroots politics.

I need to find to convincing way to help the younger political journalists help get their editors the message.

Craig, I would like to know about the supposed animosity between the Obama supporters and the Clinton supporters that I am reading about. Have you witnessed any of this?

I could not have said it any better myself. My group blog, MOMocrats, received one credential for ten of us to go. The coverage my fellow MOMocrats have been providing has been broad-ranging. In 2012, maybe 10 credentials for 10 MOMocrats??
