Hey, the folks at the White House have moved another big step forward with OpenForQuestions.

The deal is simple: you ask questions, Obama answers 'em. I'm sure he can't do all, but will do what's humanly reasonable. (It's like me doing customer service extras via Twitter.)

It's one big new step towards networked grassroots democracy

Just a thought, would the US Government benefit from the Craig's List community model? Could Craig's Lists aspirations for community/customer service and culture be implemented in the existing government structure, or do you think bureaucracy would resist the change?
