Looks like a great deal is already happening at OpenForQuestions.

I really do think its importance in the evolution of grassroots democracy is way understated.

So far: 12,071 people have submitted 14,117 questions and cast 435,438 votes.

Note to self: make sure Veterans' voices are heard, bug folks at Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America

My mom and I listened in this morning to the questions that got asked and the answers.
I thought the marijuana answer was bogus, less than a second response with no reasoning for his answer whatsoever. Legalizing it would help make money to pay for needed services, such as veterans benefits. It also would help folks that need it such as those who need it to help with their appetites after chemotherapy.
I have to give Obama 100,000 demerit points for that answer that seemed flippant, when it is such and important matter to so many.
If you have an inside track to Obama or his folks, get him to reconsider that one as millions of folks want to see it legalized, and taxed of course.
So few questions answered.
But Obama covered other broad topics at length or so it seemed.
I just cannot get over his answer on the marijuana issue.
Should say I don't smoke it myself, but over the years have known many who did, and by enlarge they are all successful balanced and happy folks.
