I think it's a house finch–sometimes the pigment in their feathers is washed out; the color is related to their diet.
Warblers don't really eat seeds, and pine siskins have pointy little tweezerlike bills.

craig, it's a female house finch. The color yellow is fairly rare, but house finches vary from bright orange through red into purple and occasionally into yellow. We have one in our back yard now.
The beak is wrong for warbler, warbler beaks are pointier and not so massive.
