The deal is that I have a challenge for you to help out a bunch of projects, kids who really need a hand.
Here's a little update regarding a prior project where I helped, just a little:
house the materials/activities is almost complete. We make improvements
when we see the need for changes or additions.
have accessed the activities in the room already. They use the squishy
handprints and push them against a wall. They crawl through the tunnel
pushing objects as they go and practice balancing on the sensory
balance beam sections.
Some students come to refocus, others get
excess energy worked out, and some come to meet their sensory needs in
a way specific to them. Each trip moves each child toward further
success. Teachers report their students seem more centered when they
return to the classroom.
Thank you for being diligent observers of
the Donor's Choose process. That speaks volumes about who you are and
where you place your priorities.
