Here's how I'll be spending the next two days, helping people start to move dramatically toward better serving veterans, particularly those wounded fighting for us.

In the video, Peter Levin says "putting good tools in the hands of smart people is a great way to solve hard problems". Good point. Who could disagree with that.
But did you all catch that the web-based suggestions and voting portal stood up by the VA for improvement ideas was only exposed to the 19,000 VA employees nationwide?? Really? What's up with that?
Maybe while you're at it Mr Levin, you can stand one of these bad boys up for VETERANS or the general taxpaying public to chime in on. This is what Recovery.gov did. Worked great.
Just because your staff is "on the front line of processing benefits claims" doesn't mean they're the only ones with good ideas.
Bottom line: When it comes to rating or improving a service maybe you should hear from those receiving the service before you hear from those who provide it. Makes sense?
