In reference to “End Malaria Today”, it would have been more accurate to title it “End Malaria Today, Again”.
Because so many American military personnel contracted malaria during WWII, a concentrated effort resulted in the discovery and application of DDT, which virtually wiped out malaria in the world by the ’50s. The eco-terrorists (pre-EPA) of our country were successful in having DDT banned so, guess what’s back? DDT is the fix if you can get it past the environmentalists.
