Hey there, folks – here’s the deal: I teamed up with the good folks at National Wildlife Federation to raise money for the furry little critters. Last month, I asked folks on social media to #Hoot2Give. Each time someone used the hashtag on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, I gave $1 to NWF (up to $5k).
In just a few days we had over 5,000 mentions – and lots of bird photos, which my team and I really enjoyed. Here are a few of the bird photos that people sent in to #Hoot2Give:

NWF really has their boots on the ground and are doing real important stuff for wildlife, so I’m glad that we could help them out. It’s just that a nerd’s gotta do what a nerd’s gotta do.
